Data we collect
When you create an account or place an order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order notes, plus the personalisation details you enter, such as the baby's name and the requested wording.
Payment data
We never store your full card number or CVV on our servers. When you save a card to your account we keep only the last 4 digits, the card type and expiry date so you can recognise it. Payments with Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara are handled by those providers under their own privacy policies.
Why we use it
To prepare, fulfil and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to send notifications about its status. We don't use your data for marketing without your consent.
Who can see it
The store team preparing your order, the courier to the extent needed to deliver it, and the payment provider you choose. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else unless an official authority requires it by law.
Cookies & local storage
We use cookies to keep your cart, your sign-in, and your chosen language and currency. Some preferences, such as saved addresses and read notifications, are stored only on your device.
Protecting your data
Every page of the store uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders.
Your rights
You can view and edit your data from “My account” at any time, permanently delete your account from “Security & account”, or contact us to request a copy of your data or its deletion.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our services change. The last update date appears at the top of the page, and we'll let you know about any significant change on the site.
