Choose the product, type the name in the personalisation box and pick the colour and design if offered, then add it to your cart and check out. We check the name before stitching it.
Yes, we'd love to stitch your own design. Send us a picture or your idea through the chat, and we'll confirm whether it works on the piece, the price and the preparation time before we start.
All orders need 15 to 20 days for preparation, including delivery. This includes pieces embroidered or printed with your baby's name.
Yes, we deliver to every city. The shipping fee depends on your city and is shown before you confirm, and shipping becomes free above the store's free-shipping threshold.
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, with Apple Pay, or split the amount into interest-free instalments with Tabby or Tamara.
Of course — we wrap every piece with care so it arrives ready to give. You can add any wrapping request in the order notes.

Non-personalised products can be exchanged if they're unused, in their original condition and packaging. Pieces embroidered with a name are made only for you, so they can only be exchanged if we made a mistake or there's a manufacturing fault.
