Delivery & receipt
We prepare every order with care before handing it to the courier. Here's what to know about timing, coverage and receiving your order.
Preparation time
All orders need 15 to 20 days for preparation, including delivery. This includes products embroidered or printed with your baby's name.
Coverage
We deliver to the cities available at checkout. The shipping cost appears automatically once you choose your city.
Free shipping
Shipping is free once your order passes the threshold shown in the store. Your cart shows how much is left to reach it.
On delivery
Please check the packaging and product in front of the courier before they leave, making sure it's intact and that the embroidered name matches your order.
